It’s a very practical, easy-to-use solution; one of the things I like most is how fast it is and being able to use it anywhere. It’s very easy to use and very intuitive, even for people who aren’t used to computers, and it has the advantage of always being up to date and compliant with current legislation. I can do several things at once (selling, entering invoices, searching, etc.) without ever losing the work done. I always feel very secure, and increasingly that I’m learning to explore more of this solution’s potential. A very good team, always there to listen to our problems and our suggestions for possible improvements.

In addition, in one place we can handle a variety of services, such as repairs and service provision, which we can easily edit. Being able to edit a document easily has also helped our business a lot. The feedback is outstanding: every time we needed to contact the team with questions about the program, or even some accounting questions, we always got an answer that made things clear. It’s worth highlighting that we needed a tool in the program that didn’t exist, and in little more than a week it was made available to us exactly as we had asked.

We are two separate companies and both use software from Ponto 25. It has been a fantastic, innovative and efficient experience. The huge advantage is being able to use the software anytime, anywhere. And the database is very simple and accessible, which makes it easier for us to communicate with our customers. Overall, we feel better equipped to handle all kinds of situations more simply and efficiently.
