Gift vouchers: how do I create them?

One of the features you will find in ourives is the gift voucher. It is the perfect present when the customer doesn’t know what to give, letting the recipient choose a piece they like.

How do I create one?
Go to Retail Sale and select the Gift Voucher document type. Ideally, have an item called Gift Voucher to use on these occasions, and enter the amount you want.

When you close the document, the receipt-without-prices button offers a special layout for the voucher.

How do I redeem the voucher?
Each voucher is given a number when it is generated. Check the number and, in Retail Sale, click the “gift” button, where you can see all the vouchers available to redeem. Simply double-click the voucher and its amount is entered in the sales document; then enter the item the customer wants.

The customer only pays the difference between the two amounts.

How do I view existing vouchers?
In CRM you will find the Gift Vouchers option, where you can view all existing vouchers, along with the date, total and salesperson. If a voucher has already been redeemed, you can see which invoice it was redeemed on.
